These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") establish the terms and conditions that govern the commercial relationship between Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL and the user or customer for the contracting made through the website https://myhomemallorca.es/ 

By booking through the website owned by Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL, the client or user of the website explicitly accepts these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for browsing the websites owned by Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL.

These conditions are applicable in conjunction with the relevant legal regulations that are applicable in each case. The General Contracting Conditions regulate the remote selling relationship between Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, including but not limited to:

Additional Conditions and Services

The maximum number of occupants must not exceed the number indicated in the booking confirmation. Increasing the number of occupants without prior authorization may result in the cancellation of the contract and does not entitle the client to any claim or refund of the rental amount. Any incidents affecting the habitability of the property must be reported immediately when detected. No claims will be accepted for incidents that have not been reported during the stay.

Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL ensures that the properties will be delivered clean and equipped with bed linen and towels suitable for use. For bookings of more than 7 nights, an additional amount of clean bed linen and towels will be provided every 7 nights, and this is included in the price. All persons responsible for the maintenance of the property and its installations will have authorized access to carry out necessary maintenance work, even if the guests are not present. The check-in time is at 16:00 p.m., and the check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. However, with prior consultation and authorization from Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL, the client may enter or leave the property at a different time. If the client's entry will take place after 24:00 p.m., an extra cost of FIFTY EUROS (50 €) may apply, at the discretion of Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL, which will be paid by the customer at the time of access to the property.

How Booking Works: Booking, Offer, and Price References

Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL provides information on all possible bookings, their characteristics, and prices on its website in compliance with the Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce. The availability of the offers may vary depending on customer demand. While Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL updates its database periodically, it is possible that the requested booking may not be available at the time of the request. In such cases, Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL will inform the customer via email that the requested booking cannot be confirmed.

The prices indicated on the website will be those in force at any given time, except in the case of typographical errors. If there is a difference in price due to typographical errors, Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL will inform the customer via email before charging the reservation. Special offers and promotions will be clearly marked as such.

Sustainable Tourism Tax in Mallorca

In Mallorca, there is a Sustainable Tourism Tax, also known as the "Ecotasa" or tourist tax. Clients over 16 years of age are required to pay this tax. The price of the Ecotasa is 2,20€ per night and 1,10€ from the 9th night onwards (prices include VAT) for stays from May till October. From November till April, a 75% discount applies.

 

 

Payment Methods and Execution of the Service

Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL offers the possibility of paying for bookings using a secure online payment system. Payment can be made through credit/debit card, bank account, or other available means via an external provider, Stripe. Payment must be made in Euros, and any exchange and bank charges related to the payment are the responsibility of the customer.

The payment schedule for bookings is as follows:

Bookings more than 30 days in advance: 

• Booking date: payment of 15% of the total amount of the booking.
• 30 days prior to the arrival date: payment of the remaining 85%.

1. Bookings 30 days or less in advance:
• Booking date: payment of 100% of the booking amount.

Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of the booking and the loss of the deposit. The validation of the service will only be considered effective once Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL receives confirmation of payment from Stripe.

Cancellation and Modification of the Booking

In case of cancellation by the client, the cancellation fee will be applied according to the following breakdown:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance: no charge + refund of the deposit. The client will be responsible for the bank charges.
• Cancellations between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival: 15% of the booking amount equivalent to the deposit paid by the client to confirm the booking.
• Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the amount of the reservation.

Any total or partial change of the reservation may be subject to variable modification fees. Changes prior to the arrival date will be subject to availability and subsequent confirmation by Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL. If the client leaves the property before the end date of the contract, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Data Protection

Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data. By providing consent and/or entering into a contractual relationship, Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL will treat the data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate, and updated manner. The company undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and deletion or rectification of data when necessary. Clients have the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability, and opposition to the processing of their personal data by contacting Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL via the provided postal address or email address.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

Lloguers i vacances Mallorca SL reserves the right to take appropriate civil or criminal actions against improper use of its website and content or breach of the stated conditions.
